Terms of Service & Store Policies

1. Age Verification & Responsibility

By placing an order on our website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and legally permitted to purchase alcohol. We strictly prohibit sales to minors. Our company accepts no liability for the misuse of our products. Please enjoy our beverages responsibly; excessive alcohol consumption can be harmful to your health.

2. Shipping & Fulfilment

All items are dispatched directly from our facilities in Japan. Once your payment is verified, we will provide a tracking number so you can monitor your shipment's journey.

Estimated Delivery: Orders typically arrive within 30 to 60 days from the date of dispatch.
Shipping Costs: We are proud to offer Free Shipping on our inventory.
Please note that this delivery window is an estimate only; actual transit times may fluctuate due to customs processing, carrier delays, or individual local circumstances.

3. Returns, Cancellations & Refund Policy

We evaluate all return requests individually on a case-by-case basis.

Eligibility: To qualify for a refund, products must be completely unopened, untampered with, and in their original packaging.
Return Costs: Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees. Refunds are processed within 15 days after we receive and inspect the complete, returned package.
Pre-Shipment Cancellations: If you request a cancellation before your order has been dispatched, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from your total refund to cover non-refundable credit card merchant expenses. Additionally, a flat fee of $15 USD will be deducted to account for inventory allocation, packaging, and warehouse handling costs.

4. Accepted Payment Methods

We accept major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. All transactions are securely processed through Bankful, a trusted and specialized payment gateway, ensuring a smooth and highly protected checkout experience.

5. Privacy & Cookie Policy

Your personal data is treated with the utmost respect. We enforce a strict policy against renting, selling, or sharing your information with third parties. To optimize your browsing experience on our storefront, we utilize standard cookies, which are programmed to automatically delete after a maximum of 180 days.

6. Transactional Data Security

Your financial security is our priority. We never see or store your banking and credit card details. Payment processing is managed entirely by our hosting platform, Wix, which maintains high-level compliance standards to safeguard your online transaction data.

7. International Orders, Duties & Local Laws

For customers purchasing from outside our primary dispatch zones, please note:

Taxes & Duties: Buyers assume full responsibility for any local import taxes, customs fees, or duties levied by their destination country.
Compliance: It is the buyer's sole responsibility to ensure that importing alcoholic beverages complies with their local and national laws.
